GENERAL COLLECTION OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

This information may be used for analytics, improving website performance, information security, to ensure proper website operation and for other internal purposes.

Non-personal information is collected on our Site and may be transmitted either directly to us or to another party authorized to collect information on our behalf through a variety of technical methods as described below.

COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

Our website, and the third parties that are “tagged” on our web pages, use various types of technologies to remember that your browser software visited our website. The third parties include entities that provide social media sharing opportunities, video players, and other diverse website functionality and services for our site. These third parties may use browser cookies, web beacons, “Flash” cookies, and other technologies.

Cookies are small data files stored on your computer at the request of a website. Some business partners (such as analytics companies and social media sites) may also place cookies on our Site. We do not have any access to or control of these third party cookies. A cookie stores an alpha-numeric identifier that is unique to your Web browser or other browser-related information, and may enable us to recognize your browser on return visits to our Site. Most browsers can be set to detect or reject browser cookies, but refusing cookies may, in some cases, make it difficult or impossible to use the Site. Web beacons are very small image files that are not visible to the human eye and which are used with and without browser cookies to enable the entity serving the beacon to remember that you visited a particular webpage.

Flash Player technology is software, separate from your browser, that enables the delivery and viewing of rich content and videos. “Flash cookies” (or “Local Shared Objects”) are associated with the Flash Player software on your device and are often used to maintain settings and functionality. Flash cookies can be deleted by visiting Adobe and following Adobe’s instructions regarding Flash cookies. http:// helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/disable-local-shared-objects-flash.html. As with browser cookies, some features of our Site will not work as well if Flash cookies are turned off.

HOW WE USE, STORE, AND DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may use information collected from users to provide customer service, inform the development and enhancement of our services, respond to questions, problems or complaints, request feedback, send adult users information regarding the Site, notify them of amendments made to this Privacy Policy, offer products, programs, or services, and for other specified purposes for which the information was provided.

In connection with a corporate change or dissolution, including for example a merger, acquisition, reorganization, consolidation, bankruptcy, liquidation, sale of assets, wind down of business or related due diligence, personal information and Site Usage Information may be among the transferred assets or disclosed to third parties.

We may also disclose personal and non-personal information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in order to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas), to protect our rights and interests or those of a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to otherwise comply with applicable court orders, laws, rules and regulations.

THIRD-PARTY SITES AND PARTNERS

Our Site may contain links to other sites, including social media and partner websites whose information practices may be different from ours. Links to these sites are only available in areas of our Site that are intended for adults. Users should consult the other sites’ privacy notices, as the sites are not covered by our privacy policy. We do not currently run advertising on our Site. However, third parties, such as ad networks, web analytics companies, and social networking platforms, may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across our Sites and other third-party online properties or services. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other Web sites, and general geographic information derived from your IP address, in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. These companies may employ cookies, clear GIFs, and other tracking technologies to cause relevant ads to be displayed to you. Some advertisements may display icons that consumers can click on for more information about their advertising choices.

If you do want to opt out using these tools, you need to opt out separately for each of your devices and for each Web browser you use (like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari) on each device.

We may share personal information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who assist us in operating and managing the Site, the Service, or our business, and who need access to such information to carry out their work for us. We may also share personal information with service providers who are performing internal analysis of the Site on our behalf, such as to estimate our audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns as well as to understand demographic, customer interest, and other trends among our users. In some cases, the Service Provider may be directly collecting the information from you on our behalf. In the event that we use third-party vendors to assist us in performing these functions, the third parties must comply with all provisions of this Privacy Policy, and may not use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose without your explicit consent
